Home Exteriors Salesperson Opportunity

  • At Property Revolution Roofing & Decks, we’ve achieved 50% growth year-over-year for the past three years by putting our customers first. We’re looking for an Exterior Home Improvement Salesperson who shares our commitment to quality, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with Leads: Follow up on assigned leads, schedule sales meetings, and provide detailed quotes.

  • Build Relationships: Foster trust with both residential and commercial customers.

  • Set and Crush Goals: Collaborate with management to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

  • Measure and Estimate: Assess project needs, measure dimensions, estimate labor and materials, and ensure accuracy in quoting.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Guide clients through the process, manage paperwork, and follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

  • Leverage Technology: Use CRM systems and tools to streamline communication and enhance customer experiences.

  • Continuous Learning: Participate in sales training and stay updated on industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • Familiarity with roofing, fencing, decks, and siding (or a willingness to learn).

  • Punctuality and professionalism.

  • A residential builder salesperson’s license or the ability to obtain one.

  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, or 3 years of construction experience preferred—but attitude and willingness to grow matter most.

COMPENSATION
