Job Description:

My Roof Done Right LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Manager to join our team in Goshen, Indiana. As a Roofing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales processes, and driving revenue growth in both commercial and residential markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
2. Conduct sales presentations and accurately assess customer needs.
3. Provide estimates and quotes for roofing projects.
4. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
5. Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
8. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.
9. Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in roofing sales.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Ability to work both commercial and residential leads.
4. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
