Communication was great all throughout, easy to understand what was being done as the progress was going thru the steps. All questions had been thoroughly gone thru at end of the project and it only took a day to complete.

They showed up on time and stayed until the work was done. They found a problem that needed to be fixed while they were here and had the equipment and time to fix right then. I really appreciated that.

While I did not hire Property Revolution, LLC for my roof repair, it was only because a competitor was doing a little extra for the same price. What I can say about Property Revolution, LLC is out of the five companies I received quotes from, only two of them I felt were both very knowledgeable, very honest, and very fair. I am a former contractor with 23 years of experience, and can tell if someone in the business is being honest, or just trying to make a sale. The three other companies were trying to push a sale. My entire roof will need replacing in roughly 2 or 3 years. I know that mostly because of these two companies telling me I still have a few good years left with this roof. The salesperson from Property Revolution, LLC was also nice enough to point out various spots to keep an eye on over the next few years. The others did not. I know when the time comes, there will only be two companies I will call for quotes that I can trust… and Property Revolution, LLC is one of them. If you need roofing, siding, decking, or a fence quote, put this company at the top of your list of contractors to call.

A+ service, quality work, and communication. Highly recommend! Property revolution did a wonderful job on our fencing project. They seamlessly tied part of our existing fence to the new fence in our backyard and made it look wonderful. They were highly professional and got the work done expediently without sacrificing great quality. It was so easy to set up as well. They were easy to get in touch with to schedule a consult and were able to get me on the schedule quickly. They were highly affordable with excellent quality and service. Christian and Parker constructed the fence beautifully! After completion, we found a loose panel where the nail gun ran out of staples. They sent someone out to fix it right away. Shortly after, we found another board on a section much further away from that part of the fence that we missed. We reached back out and apologetically told them we had another loose board. They got us on the schedule quickly and sent someone out. Phillip came out to fix the other panel we found and while he was there he filled in some bare spots under the fence with topsoil. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our fencing project and that was our experience with everyone at property revolution, including the administrative staff and Christian and Parker when they worked on our fence. Great company with wonderful service and communication! We love our fence and would recommend them to anyone. :)

I had a rather large fencing project. It included wood privacy fencing as well as black chain link fencing. The installers addressed all of my questions and concerns and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. We are 100% satisfied with the entire process for replacing our roof. I was pleased to have Riley arrive in a branded vehicle, branded shirt and professional computer & docusign set up. Sounds small but it matters to me to get a legit company vs. a hobbyist. Riley showed us the different qualities and even brought color samples of the shingles for us to pick the perfect match. Brian from scheduling was easy to get ahold of and they even came early as another job got postponed. Finally, Nic ran a great team during the work day and follow up with a post-job inspection. Overall a great experience and I recommend them to anyone. PS – they were cheaper than the other quote I got in a much less professional manner.

Our experience with Riley, Brent, and Kyle from Property Revolution were all top tier. From Riley coming out to get us a quote quickly and efficiently and also helping us pick a shingle color while helping us understand our options, to Brents willingness to help continue to reschedule time after time due to nobodies fault but the weather, and Kyles efficiency when helping his crew check the quality of their work and clean up. It was all greatly appreciated and they all made a quite stressful insurance situation turn into a positive one! Not to mention their crew had my house and garage done in SEVEN hours, absolutely amazing!

My first contact with property revolution was with the salesman, Riley. When my insurance kept making the situation more complicated by the day, he kept positive and even helped keep me informed on what was possible. Once Christian and Parker came out, the work began and each day after, my project looked better and better. At one point the boss, I assume, Brent came out and helped me with suggestions on how and where to do portions of my fence. I have had two projects done by Property Revolution this past couple weeks. First I had a window project done quoted by Perry. Unlike other salespeople, he found a way for me to save around eight hundred dollars and I went with that route. The project went perfectly. I had eight windows replaced By Brandon’s 3 man crew. Brandon was very thorough and knowledgeable about what he was doing all while literally teaching the apprentices. Clean up was great. The job went perfectly well done. I also had a roof replaced. The quote was reasonable by Curt He bid for 2 layers of shingles, but there was actually only one and they rebated me the extra. The job was done flawlessly, and extremely quickly. Cleanup well done and extremely thyrol , and Nick made sure I was completely satisfied before the job was finished. Well done guys. I would highly recommend them for any future projects you may have!!!

I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Property Revolution. This 5 star rating is based strictly on the efforts of Mr. Riley Griffin. Riley was the most positive, professional, punctual, educational representative of a company I have dealt with in a very long time. Riley came and worked on an estimate on a residential flat roof replacement. Riley was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment. Thorough in gaining an understanding of my requirements and the analysis of my existing roof. He listened to my questions and requirements and was very informative in the process and products available. After his analysis he scheduled a time and date to return and again arrived 10 minutes early! His quote was detailed and he provided sample of the products to be used. We even discussed the involvement of a true project team that would be involved throughout the project and they would accommodate the challenges of working with a part-time resident that would be out of state during the project. The quote was reasonable as was the scheduling. Unfortunately I chose to go another direction due to the complexity of the coordination of this and about ten other home improvement projects. I can say this I will be reaching out to Property Revolution for all future work on my house. If Riley is the standard for the folks at Property Revolution then you cant go wrong! We had a privacy fence installed and the whole process was very easy. From Amanda setting up the job to Phillip and Cloe installing the fence everything went smoothly!

The team that came out to install my fences, both privacy and chain link, did a fantastic job. Their work was to the highest standards, they were professional, respectful, and punctual, even to the point they came out on a Saturday to finish some odds and ends. They also went above and beyond by moving some rocks they certainly were not required to, to help the fence look and function perfectly. I dont have enough good things I can say about this crew! Thank you for the new roof! In November, Property Revolution held a contest for a new roof. I submitted my entry and waited. By Christmas, Curtis called and congratulated me on my win. My roof was really bad and this was an incredible blessing. Curt was really nice and came over and told me that would be done with a timeline. They came this February and replaced the entire roof in 7 hours. I appreciate it very much. I am incredibly grateful for the roof. Thank you so much. It’s beautiful!

Amandalynn did an absolutely perfect job reviewing my siding, gutters, roofing, and attic/crawlspace review for any storm damages. She found quite a few items that need repair that were related to inferior construction. She did such an amazing and thorough job that I actually offered to pay for the quote/inspection, which she would not accept. I highly, highly recommend them and their services and Amandalynn is awesome!
